Garry R Fenton Aviation Art Profiles
The various Avro Lancaster profiles produced by Garry R Fenton Aviation Art Profiles are all full of extraordinary and distinctive exterior features and details. These include, the accurate positioning of the rivets, correct type of astrodome fitted the precise camouflage pattern with the exact positioning and placement of squadron codes, serial numbers aerials/transmitters and weathering details.
The Artwork profiles all display exhaust staining and fine lighting details, some of the early Lancaster profiles are drawn with a more ‘patchy' paint work finish. Features are added at the end of the build using a different drawing package where I can work with multiple levels of transparency and control individual layers enabling me to work on the very fine details.
The exterior of the profiles also include all the flying control surfaces, ailerons, trim tabs, with lowered flaps, rudders, radiator cowling, open bomb bay doors and landing gear where applicable to the image.
