RIAT 2010 - Friday to Monday

The Royal International Air Tattoo 2010

I once again spent 4 days at RAF Fairford for the annual Royal International Air Tattoo. Taking part, including both static and flying, were around 300 aircraft. The airshow ran for approximately 8 hours on both show days.

I was also present for the Practice Day on the Friday and Departure Day on the Monday. The weather on the Saturday and the Monday when I was on-base was very good.

The weather on the Friday and Sunday wasn't quite so good but made for some very interesting vapour shots. Below is my take on events over those very enjoyable 4 days.
